Aluminium Slab Formwork System
Aluminium slab form work system consists of two parts steel props system with Alu-prop head, and Slab Pannels of Alu-Frame & Plywood.
150 Alu-Form work in comparison with the traditional primary/secondary Beam system can very effectively improve the working efficiency and save more than 50% time as It is very easy and fast to errect and dismantle.
The common dimensions of the slab panel is 1800x900mm it weighs 25.92 kg and maximum Thickness of reinforcement concrete slab can be 400mm.
Erection Steps
Set up the steel props system
Hang in the panel as shown and make sure the panel head stably by the cams of the prop head
Put the 3rd prop in position as shown and adjust the panel height with the rod
when 4th props is supported as above the assembly rod can ne removed for further tasks
After the erection please make sure that the props align vertically
Continue the rest panels as described above
