Ringlock Scaffolding System
Ringlock is a modular scaffolding system for heavy-duty access and shoring work. It is used on bridges, flyovers, industrial plants, power stations, high-rise facades, shipyards and event structures. Each vertical has a rosette (ring) welded every 500 mm, and each rosette has 8 holes. Ledgers and diagonal braces lock into these holes with wedge heads and a hammered wedge pin, so up to 8 members can connect at one node at fixed or flexible angles. Ringlock has no loose parts at the joint and needs no nuts or bolts. It erects faster than cuplock and carries higher loads, which suits straight, circular and irregular structures.
Standards (Verticals)
Standards are made from high-tensile steel pipe with rosettes welded at 500 mm intervals and a spigot at one end for vertical extension.

Note : Pipe OD 48.3 mm, wall thickness 3.2 mm, grade Q345 / S355 (high tensile). Rosette 8–10 mm thick with 4 small holes for ledgers and 4 large holes for braces. Spigot 60 × 4 mm pipe, fixed with bolt or pin. Standards can be made to any length on request.
Ledgers (Horizontals)
Ledgers have a cast or forged wedge head welded at both ends with a captive wedge pin. The wedge drops into the rosette and one hammer blow locks it.

Diagonal Braces
Diagonal braces fit into the large holes of the rosette through swivel brace heads. They give the frame its lateral stability.

Base Collar (Starter)
The base collar is a short tube with one rosette. It sits on the base jack and gives an even, level start to the first lift of standards.

Adjustable Base Jack / U-Head Jack
Base jacks and U-head jacks are thread-rolled from solid bar (32 / 36 mm) or hollow pipe (38 mm dia, 4–5 mm thick). They come with a base plate (150 × 150 × 6 mm) or a U-head (70 × 110 × 70 mm) and fine-tune the scaffold height at the bottom or top.

Steel Planks (Hook-on Platforms)
Perforated galvanised steel planks with hooks at both ends rest directly on the ledgers to form a non-slip working platform.
